Cactus-art activist

This cactus cannot supply water! It's an art installation at the Cantareira reservoir in Brazil during a drought. Artist and activist Mundano created it to highlight an environmental problem. The city of Sao Paolo is using the second of its three water reserves... and it has only two months' supply left!
